Insurance and Fees

Fees are billed at the time of service. Insurance works on an “In-Network” and “Out-of-Network  basis. Grace Family and Community Counseling Services accept both “In-Network” and “Out-of-Network” insurance.  Please check with your insurance company to find out if you have “Out-of-Network” coverage and ask about your deductible and coinsurance. The office manager can answer questions regarding insurance coverage and reimbursement.

Cancellation and No-show Policy

Please be advised that Grace Family and Community Counseling Services, has a 24 hour cancellation policy.

 

A cancellation fee will be billed to you for appointments cancelled, missed or no-show - with less than 24 hours notice. 

Insurance companies do not pay the cost of missed sessions. 

It will be the responsibility of the client to pay for the missed session(s).

 

After 2 cancelled, missed or no shows for appointments, clients will be asked to rejoin a Waitlist.
