MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST - Fee for Service (IIC/In home)
Grace Family and Community Counseling Services, LLC, is offering Intensive In-Community (IIC) in-home counseling positions through the children's system of care (CSOC).
We are looking for skilled clinicians with strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability and focus on excellent clinical care.
Therapists are required to provide weekly sessions to children, adolescents, and families in the home setting.
Qualifications:
Education:
Masters in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy
Licensure:
Position open to provisionally and fully licensed clinicians ( Valid LAC/ LPC; LMSW/LCSW; LMFT/LAMFT)
Experience:
Experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families with minimum of 1 year experience in direct practice with clients required.
Additional requirements:

A valid NJ driver’s license with a documented, properly insured vehicle.

Current Liability Insurance

Working knowledge of DSM-V and mental status exam

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
Contract/Fee for Service. Rates are licensure dependent and competitive.
What we need/responsibilities:
Skilled clinicians with strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability and focus on excellent clinical care.
Experience counseling children, adolescents, adults and families.
Self guided determination to complete documentation, notes and essential records inside of 24 hours.
Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required for service delivery (name applicable NJ counties)
Ability to utilize recognized therapeutic modalities
Ability to complete intakes/biopsychosocial assessments
Ability to work with clients to develop treatment goals, create treatments plans?
Preference given to candidates proficient in web-collaboration tools (i.e. webex/zoom, Microsoft teams
We are unable to accept substance abuse counselors, school counselors, registered nurses, career counselors, business coaches, unless they have an additional license as a mental health counselor.

BEHAVIORAL ASSISTANT - FEE FOR SERVICE (IIC/In home)
Grace Family and Community Counseling Services, LLC, provides clinically focused outpatient counseling services to children, adolescents, adults and families.

Education:
Bachelors in psychology, social work, or related field
Experience:
Experience providing direct services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in need of behavioral interventions
Additional requirements:
Ability to manage challenging behaviors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
Contract/Fee for Service. Rates are Licensure dependent.
Competitive rate commensurate with experience
What we need/responsibilities:

Experience developing behavioral therapy plans appropriate for each client(s)
